Dr. Ash was truly a blessing my poor old boy needed to pass on and I was dreading the trip to the vet or emergency clinic. I knew the drive home would be unbearable and the days prior had been horrible. He made us feel so comfortable that we were making the right choice and he handled everything with such professionalism even with me bawling hysterically. We knew it was time to say goodbye to our beautiful Grover, and Dr. Ash came within a couple of hours. He was so very polite, respectful and gentle and made a terribly stressful decision clearer, explaining the process in a very compassionate manner. We used this service for our dog Eddie. We had no idea what to expect. Even though it was the hardest decision we’ve ever made and it was very difficult to go through, we are glad this was the service we chose and wouldn’t have had it any other way. It was quick, and absolutely painless for our old boy. Having this happen at home, it’s the only way to go. We unfortunately had to make the decision to put our beautiful cat to rest, and although we were devastated to see him go, Dr. Ash made the entire experience as convenient and compassionate as possible. He explained the whole process from start to finish and made sure to give us as much time as we needed. It brought a lot of peace to us for us to be able to be with our cat in his final moments in the place he felt most comfortable, and I cannot describe in words how much it meant to us to be able to do this in the comfort of our home. We also received ashes as part of their additional services, and he comes directly back to your home to personally deliver everything. Genuinely thank you for everything this business provides. Dr. Ash was incredibly kind and patient during a very difficult time for our family. He allowed us to take our time with Omi and never made us feel rushed.
Being able to say goodbye to Omi at home, where he was comfortable and surrounded by his family, meant a lot to us. Dr. Ash was gentle, respectful, and compassionate throughout the entire process.

We are grateful for Dr. Ash and his support. He was very responsive and guided us through every step of the process with saying good bye to our dog.

If there was one part of the process I wish was better it would be the cost.
While I appreciate there are many parties involved in the overall process of pre/post care when saying goodbye to a pet, cost did feel excessive.
$850-$1100 did feel a bit steep to euthanize an animal.
